Uncovering 40+ Heirs in a Century-Old Bahamas Case
After months of research, I’ve recently completed one of the largest heirship cases of my career — tracing over 40 heirs connected to a property in The Bahamas.
This case was originally opened in the 1960s, involving land first purchased by the Hewlett family in the mid-19th century. What began as a tangle of historical deeds, migrations, and generations evolved into a full genealogical map spanning continents and centuries.
Every case tells a story — and this one was a reminder that even land and paper records carry the legacy of families who once built and believed in something lasting.
It’s an honor to bring closure, clarity, and connection to families and legal professionals through this work.
