Linda A. Metzger is a professional genealogist that is qualified with the Queens County Probate Court. She has over 10 years of experience ranging from finding living heirs, probate research, adopted parents, ancestry research and house histories, and has a degree in Management and an MBA from Tulane University. Linda has also taken genealogical coursework.
Linda is currently a member of several historical societies in the New York Metro area, where her work is concentrated in addition to societies outside of the state where she has also conducted work. She is currently working on two genealogy books, one on the founding families of Long Island and the other on the founding families of New England. She has trained and spoken on genealogy for several institutions in both Arizona and New York. Linda is the former Vice Regent of the Col. Josiah Smith Chapter of the DAR in Patchogue.
